Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding to pay a booking fee you agree to be bound by these conditions.

BOOKING TERMS

DEFINITIONS

Service(s): Any of the services provided by the Company, as listed under the “Services” menu on the Home page of this website.
Client: The main recipient of the Service(s)
Company: Sabrina Duparcq Hair Artistry
Agreement: The agreement between the Client and the Company, confirmed by email, for provision of the Service(s)
Fee: The amount payable by the Client to the Company for the Service(s) in the Agreement
The Event: The occasion and venue where the Service(s) will be provided by the Company
Party: Persons in addition to the Client requiring Service(s) at the Event

BOOKING – WEDDING DAY HAIR

Wedding dates are only secured upon receipt of a non-refundable booking fee for all bookings. The booking fee must be made prior to a bridal hair preview to secure dates. Receipt of the booking fee confirms the Agreement and secures the Company’s availability for the Wedding Day on the agreed date and time for the agreed Fee.
If any changes are made to the booking (i.e. bridal party members are removed) Sabrina reserves the right to charge the fee as agreed when initial booking is made.
The booking fee is deducted from the final fee due. Enquiries for which a booking fee has not been paid are not confirmed and therefore availability cannot be guaranteed and an Agreement is not formally in place.

TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS WITHIN THE MAINLAND UK

For Sabrina travel expenses are incurred for services booked outside a 5-mile road distance from her home address in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. They are at a rate of 50p for every mile to and from the venue inclusive.
Where travel expenses are incurred for travel by car to locations where the service is to be provided within the London Congestion Charge Zone, at times when the Charge is in operation, the London Congestion Charge fee will be added to the Fee.
Distances are calculated using an online journey planner and travel expenses will be agreed between the Company and Client as part of the Agreement.
If required, alternative methods of transport other than motor vehicles, such as rail or flight will be discussed and agreed with the Client during the booking process.

TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS OUTSIDE OF THE MAINLAND UK

Travel expenses are incurred for services booked outside of the mainland UK, they are as follows:
Travel expenses to and/or parking at a train station, airport or port where Sabrina will be travelling from. If the journey to the train station, airport or port is by car then 50p for every mile outside of a 5-mile road distance from Sabrina’s home address in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire to and from the station, airport or port inclusive.
Return rail tickets, flights and/or boat tickets for Sabrina booked from/to convenient train stations, airports and/or ports. The Company will always endeavour to find the most cost-effective option; and
All additional travel required at the destination related to provision of services at the Wedding.
Road distances are calculated using an online journey planner and travel expenses will be agreed between the Company and Client as part of the Agreement.

ACCOMMODATION & SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS WITHIN THE MAINLAND UK

Accommodation expenses are incurred for services provided within the mainland UK for bookings away from Sabrina’s home address where she would have to either travel over 2 hours to the getting ready location or leave her home address on or before 5am.
This will be discussed and agreed with the Client during the booking process.
£50 will be charged for subsistence for Sabrina for every 24 hours spent away from home for a booking.
The Company will always endeavour to find the most cost-effective option.

ACCOMMODATION & SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS OUTSIDE OF THE MAINLAND UK

For bookings outside of the mainland UK, accommodation expenses within the mainland UK will be charged for trains, flights or boats leaving the mainland UK Sabrina would have to leave her home address on or before 5am.
Additional accommodation expenses at the destination of the Event may also be incurred however all accommodation expenses will be discussed and agreed with the Client during the booking process.
£50 will be charged for subsistence for Sabrina for every 24 hours spent away from home for a booking.
The Company will always endeavour to find the most cost-effective option.

PAYMENT – HAIR

An invoice for the balance of the Fee will be sent from the Company to the Client 1 month before the date of the Event, unless the Event is in less than 1 month's time in which case it will be sent immediately to secure the booking.
Full payment of the balance of the Fee by the date shown on the invoice at the latest. 
Late fees will be added for every 24 hours the payment has to be chased. 
Payment can only be accepted via bank transfer.
Bookings are only confirmed once the funds have cleared in the Company’s bank account.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Company of any potential issues such as but not limited to medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities. Neither the Company nor Sabrina can be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the Client if the Client has not informed the Company and/or Sabrina of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the Client at the time of the service.
The Company and/or Sabrina reserve the right to cancel the Agreement if the behaviour of the Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Client reports a condition that the Company and/or Sabrina deem as a risk to the Client’s health and well-being. In these cases any payments that have already been made by the Client for the service are non-refundable.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

The Company will always endeavour to honour the Agreement to the best of its ability.
There may be circumstances beyond the control of the Company where Sabrina is unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. In such a case the Company will inform the Client at its earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternative arrangements if possible.
The Company reserves the right to offer the Client compensation in the event that it is not able to honour the Agreement. This is entirely dependent on the circumstances and will be discussed openly and honestly with the Client.

CANCELLATIONS

Unless specified differently on the webpage for the service:
Payments made to the Company for a service that is subsequently cancelled by the Company will be refunded in full within 7 days of the cancellation;
Deposit payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client, this is due to demand on wedding dates and having to turn other business away

Cancellations for services booked where travel and/or accommodation expenses have been paid for by the Company and are non-refundable by the travel/accommodation provider(s) will incur full reimbursement from the Client to the Company for the travel and/or accommodation costs paid.

PHOTOGRAPHY & USE OF IMAGES

The Company will take pictures and videos of hairstyles for reference and for social media/advertising purposes. The client consents to their pictures being used in this capacity when bookings are made. If pictures are not to be taken or used in this capacity it is the clients responsibility to inform the company. 

CHANGES TO SERVICES & PRICES

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS

Maximum time allocation for bridal hair previews: the maximum time that Sabrina can spend on any one bridal hair preview is 3 hours. Any additional time required for hair preview sessions will have to be booked as a repeat appointment,
Repeat trials: If a second hair preview is requested the same fee applies as for the first hair preview.
Single bride supplements and minimum booking sizes for bridal services: extra charges are applicable for single bride bookings and there are minimum booking sizes for bridal services for certain times/distances, these are detailed on the Prices Page. Quotes for Sabrina’s services will always include this.
Assistants: If the start time for a booking is amended to be later than in the initial Agreement, however the finish time is to remain the same; or if a booking is requested for one Sabrina but is deemed by the Company not to be possible for one person due to time constraints, an assistant to the hairstylist can be booked for an additional £150 in total per booking.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BY SECURING A BOOKING THE CLIENT ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
